Integrating Operational and Strategic Risks
Aether helped a Waste Management organization integrate its department-level Operational Risks with corporate Strategic Risks. Strategic Risks included environmental, financial, regulatory & legislative, operational, natural disaster, and market risks. Aether led workshops and worked with the agency to develop graphics to depict potential risk exposures using its ERM model. Aether also helped the agency map the Strategic Risks to the bottoms' up Operational Risks.
Enterprise Risk Framework
Aether helped an electric utility expand its risk management practices to build a formal utility-wide risk management program. Aether began with reviewing existing risk management practices, by conducted interviews and reviewing models and documents. Aether presented results to the executive team and delivered a set of recommendations for implementing a more formal risk management program. Aether assisted with drafting charters and policies.
