Strategic Planning
Aether helped a municipal utility complete a five-year strategic plan that focused on core objectives of safety, reliability, and affordability and explored emerging trends impacting utilities and their customers. Aether developed an employee survey to elicit ideas from staff; conducted interviews with key stakeholders; and facilitated workshops of utility managers. Aether presented the initial draft plan to the utility’s board to facilitate discussion of the objectives and strategies. Lastly, Aether helped draft the content for the final strategic plan document.
Strategy Coaching
Aether provided a Strategic Leadership internal training programs to a federal agency's managers, focusing on: Strategic Thinking, Strategy Formation, and Strategy Implementation. Aether designed the curriculum; created instructional materials, case studies and project assignments; and delivered the program content. Aether coordinated with the agency's Learning and Development team, the Business Transformation Office, and the executive that sponsored the training.
